Water, fire and mold damage, dried out and built back by one Yakima crew

We pump it out, dry the structure, clear the mold and the smoke, then frame, roof and finish the rebuild ourselves. And we deal with your insurance company.

Water · Fire · Mold · Rebuild

Our logo is three arrows chasing each other. On a job it looks like this.

Six frames from our own jobs, from the first air mover to the last shelf going back on the wall.

Kitchen floor cut back on a taped grid with yellow hoses, blue air movers and dehumidifiers running

Water · drydown

Cut it open so it can dry

Flooring pulled back on a taped grid, hoses on the subfloor, air movers and dehumidifiers running until the structure is dry, not just the surface.

Kitchen under drydown with containment plastic, air movers, a red dehumidifier and lay-flat duct

Water · containment

Wall off the wet room

Plastic up, duct run, equipment set so the drying air works on the damage and not on the rest of the house.

Finished basement under containment with lay-flat ducting, air scrubbers and blue air movers

Mold · negative air

Spores leave the house

Lay-flat duct and air scrubbers on a finished basement, so what gets stirred up during removal goes outside instead of upstairs.

Black mold growing on the side panel of a removed cabinet

Mold · tear-out

Past where you can see it

Mold is often hidden until the moldy materials come out. The cabinet comes off the wall because that is where it keeps going.

Roof trusses set across the walls of a new building under a clear sky

Rebuild · framing

The same company builds it back

Restoration and construction under one name: when a job is past drying, our crew frames, roofs and closes it in.

Finished closet with new plank flooring, freshly painted walls and wire shelving

Rebuild · handed back

A room you can use again

New floor, fresh paint, shelving back on the wall. The loop closes where the call started: in your house.

Before you call

What people ask us while the water is still on the floor

Yes. Dealing with your insurance company is part of the job. We document the damage, and our own Jesus Gonzalez holds a Washington independent adjuster license (property and casualty) and the Associate in Claims designation, so the person scoping your repairs understands how a claim is put together. Take clear photos of everything that was damaged before anything is thrown away.

Shut off the power and gas to the basement first, and never walk into standing water while the power is on. If the flooding came from a storm, wait until it passes. If a pipe burst, turn off the water main. Wear boots, gloves and eye protection, and get carpet up as soon as it is safe so the floor underneath can start drying. Then call (509) 388-1175.

Mold can start to grow in as little as 48 hours once materials stay wet. That is why extraction and structural drying come first, and why we check behind baseboards, cabinets and drywall before calling a room dry.

No. Our professionals can inspect and assess your property for mold damage at no charge, 24/7/365. If we find mold, we contain the area so spores do not spread, remove the affected materials and dry the structure so it does not come back.

Yes, it is the construction half of our name. Once a home is dry and clean we put it back: drywall, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, roofing, and on larger jobs framing and new construction. One company from the first call to the finished room.
