CONSTRUCTION

Demolition, remodeling and ground-up construction in the Yakima Valley

Tear-out, content removal, property preservation, commercial and new construction. The crew that dries out your loss is the crew that builds it back.

Chapter 01

Demolition, content removal and property preservation

A job often begins with taking things out. CRC does demolition, content removal and property preservation: the old floors, molding, kitchens and bathrooms that have to go before anything new can go in, and the contents that need to be moved, kept or discarded.

Property preservation is the quieter half. After a loss, a building that sits open or wet gets worse every day, and someone has to protect it while the claim and the plan catch up. Demolition done carefully also protects what is staying, and a clean job site is part of the work.

One remodeling client's review of this kind of work is below.

Commercial and new construction, from the ground up

Construction is the other half of the company's name, and it is not only repair. CRC takes on commercial construction and new construction. Their Facebook page shows a ground-up commercial build in progress: site grading and excavation, utility trenching, footing forms and stem walls, then wall framing standing on a new slab.

The photos show CRC's own excavator and skid steer on gravel, a trench inside a framed building, and a long footing trench set with timber forms. Their homepage video shows roof trusses being set, with the crew in hard hats on a framed building.

That is a different scale from a kitchen remodel, and it draws on the same trade: layout, forms, framing, finish.

Chapter 03

Remodeling after a loss, by the company that dried it

When water or fire takes a room, the work splits in two: dry it out and clean it up, then build it back. Hiring a second contractor for the second half means a second estimate, a second schedule and a handoff where details get lost. CRC does both halves, so the company that saw the damage is the company that frames the wall.

Sherry Ash's review describes the result on one job: the entire kitchen gutted and rebuilt, in and out in less than a week. It is below, word for word.

If you are planning a remodel with no loss behind it, the same crew does that work too.
