ROOF REPAIR

Roof repair and replacement for Yakima homes and businesses

Storm, hail, wind or fire has been at your roof. CRC repairs and replaces roofs across the valley, and rebuilds what the leak reached underneath.

Chapter 01

Fire, hail, wind, and the limb that came down in the night

Most roofs come to us after something happened to them. The usual causes are a fire, a hailstorm, a hard storm, or a tree limb that lands across the shingles. Wind damage and storm damage are both on the list of work CRC takes on.

Start on the ground. Photograph what you can see from the yard, keep any shingles or debris that landed on the lawn, and stay off a wet or damaged roof. If water is already coming through the ceiling, that becomes a water damage job first, and the same company handles it.

Call us with what you are seeing. A roof problem that is described clearly gets sorted into repair or replacement faster.

Roof replacement and repair, plus the siding and gutters beside it

CRC describes its exterior work simply: roof replacement and repairs, siding installation, and gutter maintenance, for homeowners and businesses across the valley. Residential and commercial are both in scope. The patched shingle section in the photo below sits at the small end of that range.

A repair and a replacement are different jobs with different budgets, and the right one depends on what is under the shingles. Ask for the reasoning, not only the number. Siding and gutters belong in the same conversation, because water that misses a gutter can end up in the wall.

A leak that reached the attic or the ceiling below may also need drying and drywall. Since CRC does restoration and construction, the roof does not have to be handed to a second company halfway through.

Chapter 03

A clear budget, a schedule, and a clean yard at the end

CRC's own promise for exterior work is to listen to what you want and need, then bring it to life on a clear, affordable budget and on schedule. That is a standard you can hold the job to, so ask for the scope and the schedule in plain terms before work starts.

The last day matters too. A roof is not finished until the debris is off your property. Raul Sanchez Jr, who had a new roof put on, wrote about exactly that, along with how much sooner than expected it was done. His review is below, word for word.

“We couldn't be more pleased and happy with our new roof. CRC work in timely manner, picked up all debris on the property. The entire process was smooth and stress free. CRC finished the roof sooner than I expected and their workmanship speeks for itself. CRC is the only contractor that I would recommend. Thank you guys at CRC, from our family.”
