Every job starts with water, fire or mold. Most end with us rebuilding.

Our roundel is three arrows chasing each other around three roofs. This page follows it: water, then mold, then fire, then the construction that closes the loop. Pick the one that matches what is on your floor.

Water: out first, then dry, then sanitized

We assess the damage, photograph it for your insurance company, pull the water out with vacuums and pumps, then dry and dehumidify until the cracks and crevices are dry too. Mold can start in 48 hours or less, so the clock matters more than the paperwork.

  • Water Damage Restoration

Inspect, extract, dry, dehumidify, sanitize, then put the room back.

  • Water Damage Repair

Hidden leaks, burst pipes and freezes, handled with methods that limit structural damage.

  • Flooded Basements

What to do before we arrive, and what we do once the power is off and the water is out.

Mold: contain it before you cut it out

Mold is often hidden until the moldy materials start coming out, and cleaning it stirs up spores. So the work is built around containment: keep the building occupants safe, stop cross-contamination, and stop it coming back. We inspect and assess for mold at no charge, 24/7/365.

Fire and smoke: secure it, clean it, rebuild it to code

Fire response runs 24/7/365 in Yakima and the surrounding area. First the property gets secured with board-up or temporary fencing, and a roof tarp if the roof is open. Then soot and smoke come off the surfaces, carpets and upholstery get cleaned, and the repairs follow local building code.

  • Fire & Smoke Damage

Board-up, roof tarp, soot and smoke cleaning, then a rebuild to local building code.

Rebuild: the same crew finishes the room

The second half of our name is Construction. Once a home is dry and clean we put it back: drywall, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, roofs, and on bigger jobs framing and new buildings. Jesus Gonzalez on our crew holds a Washington independent adjuster license, so the claim and the repair talk to each other.

  • Roof Repair

Roof replacement and repair, siding and gutter maintenance for homes and businesses.

  • Construction

Demolition, remodel rebuilds, new construction and commercial work.

  • Insurance Restoration

How the claim fits around the work, and who on our crew speaks your insurer's language.
